jerry rigged a 4 way valve system to sync my carbs on 4 cylinder motorcycle, works great but hose that comes with it is very brittle, gauge is also much bigger than i thought it would be but it made it easier to read the values,

While the instruction could be better, it's not rocket science, though you will need to have some knowledge about cars to hook it up to the right place. Also, you will need to know what pressure you should be expecting. It's got some details on it, but cars vary so much, I can't imagine it's super accurate.

Works good, calibration was off when it arrived, but you can adjust it by removing the rubber case, then taking the clear plastic cover off the front and adjusting the screw next to the needle with a flathead screwdriver.

As others have said the needle wasn't zeroed out when I opened the package (it was on 3), but the instructions tell you how to set it to zero. I didn't bother since I just needed to know if my vacuum pump was working and whether or not I had any leaks in the lines or the brake booster. It was easy to test all of that with this unit. I did have to mess with the fittings a little on some of the connections but it wasn't a big deal. This confirmed that I had no leaks.

the first one I got from a different seller was way off and not zeroed. this one is 100% accurate. and has few more adapters that help in matching hoses. you may need additional adapters but it's a reasonable package as it stands. large dial and color coded and easy to read.
