Instructions are on the package with the parts on how to assemble it. It just takes time and patience to put it together, approximately 60-90 minutes. It probably would have taken less time if we had power tools. I'll give update on review after a few days of using it to see if it withstands a hundred pound punching bag.

We have a 70 lb. heavy bag hanging from it. It is stabile and was easy to put together. My older teen uses it multiple times a week and works great.

Holding up my 100lb punching bag with ease. I was disappointed with the packaging and arrival-condition of stand, but I was able to get it to work. It was easy to assemble. I’m using maybe 20lbs of plates on each prong to stabilize the stand. So far, so good! I like it.

Easy to put together, all pieces marked & aligned with instructions, well made, holds up a large punching bag with ease & doesn’t tilt or lift up off the floor.

Excellent size, bigger than I thought, unfortunately I have problems with my floor been even and it's difficult to use it without making a lot of noises due to steadily. I tried to even it out with padding, but the problem persist. I gave this a 5 starts because the problem is with my floor, not with the product.

Arrived with some paint scratches. Assembly took half an hour alone. I needed a wrench and better hex tools in order to tighten well. With some use, the nuts come loose within days, so have tools ready to tighten after a week's use. The weight is too low to support any decent punches with a heavy bag installed. I placed several 50 pound sand bags on each end point for added stability and it helped. Due to low price, I will keep this but it is mid in every way...not bad, not great.

The whole thing is loose when properly put together. It rattles, slides, bends, everything you'd expect from hollow, cheap metal holding up a bag. It might be good for a kid with a light bag, but if you're an adult, you don't want this scrap metal atrocity.

This product is very strong and sturdy, we did add weights to the base to make it a little more sturdy, but all and all it's a really great product!!!

Good looking stand. Surprisingly stable with bag, was expecting it to make more noise when hitting the bag. Rather easy to assemble. Love it!

Not as sturdy when doing combos on 100 lbs bag but very easy to build and price pretty competitive.
