I've had a number of the cheap sub-$10 third-party lens caps you can find on Amazon, and was never fully satisfied with the feel of them, so decided to try this official Fujifilm cap despite its much higher price and some skepticism that it'd be basically the same only with the logo slapped on it. Turns out it's an enormous difference, and I can highly recommend springing for this one. The locking mechanism is much easier to use even on this small 49mm size thanks to the large outer-pinch tabs with generous travel distance, and the center-pinch tabs have a much more usable depth and angle than the other caps I've tried (in other words, they're actually able to be used and securely held with two fingers without dropping and losing the cap).
