It came well-wrapped. But I was not able to make it work.it came without a manual or a disk. no online downloads are available for window 11. I wasted $ 108 . garbage .

These are often used in medial. They are great scanners, but can be cost prohibitive. The renewed units are a great value. Software settings can be a little tricky initially, but once you get PaperStream Capture loaded, it's easy to use.

The power cable is faulty and hence unable to use the scanner. Need a new power cable (both pieces)

This is an expensive item but worth every dollar. This thing streamlines my paperwork easily and cleanly. No more printer scanners booting up and taking their time this time kicks the work out in a 10th of the time. You wont go wrong buying this just swallow the price and go.
