Okay where to start, I’ve been looking for a decent shell housing for my PSP 1001 and I came upon this one. I loved the transparent shell and how you can see the components within and how sleek it looks! But besides that I did have some difficulty with plastic bits that needed to get shaved down or cut out to fit all the OEM ( Original equipment manufacturer ) parts inside. Don’t be worried when you buy this shell housing it’ll be a few tweaks here and there that you have to fix but other than that it’s been pretty good so far since I’ve had it installed. Also I still used some OEM parts as you can see from the photos but everything works as it’s supposed to. Quality wise it’s not gonna always be like the original shell housing for the psp but it definitely brings it back to life. Finally, make sure to get a new battery if yours feels bloated since that’s definitely a sign to get a new one. I hope this helped any future buyers!

The shell looks really good, it has everything needed to install it, however, it has some defects that affects the joystick and some screws, they can be fixed tho

The case looks good but it has a few manufacturing errors that make it difficult to install. Other than that it worked well.
