The top hem has an anti slip material that works ok but because of the shape of the thigh it will tend to slip down but that's the nature of the beast. I don't know how tight these need to be but this support sleeve was not uncomfortable even though I think it was just a tad tight for me. I have big calves and semi big thighs. I wore this for 24 hours and I did experience some edema in my ankle. When I wear compression socks that fit well I do not experience edema, which leads me to believe this sleeve was just a bit tight for me. But I really could feel the support in my knees. I like the product but I need a larger size.

I got this for my daughter as she was told she needed to wear compression sleeves on her legs. She said they were comfortable but she could not get them to stay up on her thigh for longer than a couple minutes of just walking around the house. She could feel it sliding down slowly within a minute of putting it on and it would completely fall down to her calf within 5 minutes. It does have a thick "jelly" strip at the top that is supposed to keep it in place on your leg but unfortunately for her it did not work at all. It does provide good tight compression so I wish that it had stayed up on her leg. For reference I got her the size recommended on the product page (small) and she is 5' 3'' and 110 lbs.

I’m very glad I ordered and here’s why:True to size. I have a thick thigh but slim leg so am in between. And decided on a smaller size.Perfect compression. Not too tight. Makes me feel whole again as my knee and leg have been in pain for a few months now. Is comfortable!Good grip at the top, which prevents rolling down but if your thigh-to-leg ratio is like mine, not as straight - more V-shaped, just find a sweet spot.Doesn’t have a weird factory smell. I still suggest washing in cold water and air drying an item like this before use.Lightweight and comfortable. Currently lying down in it.Will travel in it to see if anything changes the review, but if you have knee issues this may be the way to go vs compression socks.I originally took off one star only bc if I walked I felt it may roll down. But after wearing it overnight (yes it's that comfortable!) my swelling has gone down and it fits better now. I do think the band at the top of the item could be longer by an inch more at least. Right now it is about 2 inches with gripping on the back.

Made of quality fabric, this sleeve provides a good balance of stretch and compression. It doesn't dig in or cause any extra sweatiness or irritation. All good things.But, it doesn't deliver on being a *full* leg compression sleeve--the thigh part does not stay up very well. If you are on the thinner side or if you need this kind of support even while sedentary, this may work for you, but I don't think it will for most people.

Ive been using knees braces of various types for a while because I have a bad knee and need the stability of a brace but I never considered using a full leg compression type sleeve. This makes such a huge difference because its not always sliding down and having to be readjusted which is a nice change from just a smallish knee brace just on my knee specifically. The compression of the sleeve also just makes my leg feel so good actually. Its kind of surprising but this really does make a big difference for me personally and helps my knee not hurt nearly as much as it usually does.

When my husband used this knee brace (off and on in conjunction with another type)- and said that the brace supported his whole leg and seemed to take the shock of the pain of his knee with each step. He liked to wear this fuller leg brace for support when he was at work- he said it helped a lot when he rode his bike there- oddly, it was easier for him to do this than walk on it. It also helped ease the strain on his knee that he normally felt without the brace on.Before we ordered this brace- we measured his leg with a measuring tape however we were unsure exactly where to measure. In the end, we decided on a large- since the leg brace was for men and women- the sizes, small to extra large. I thought he would need an extra leg as his thighs are very large- and I was afraid that something smaller than an XL would not fit because of this- but he argued for the large and the fit was fine. It was comfortable and not too tight- just right to give the support that was needed.

I was clearly sent something that someone had already used for quite some time then returned. Had several tears and the fabric was worn and fraying. Very disappointing and, quite frankly, disgusting.

I found it to be a little short, didn't cover my whole leg.... (I'm 6')The little rubbery dots on the upper cuff to prevent sliding down feel a little weird and didn't do a good job of keeping it in place. I'm kinda surprised about that because knee sleeves don't have those and I don't normally have that issue with them but this is my first full leg version so I don't know if it's more common with these?.I found it to be comfortable while it isn't sliding down tho!They look great - the spot made to breathe around your knee because my leg hair pokes though right there,. Like a lot lol, and only right there! Makes it look like my legs shaved but I have a super hairy knee.I've been suffering from an injured back that I've mostly healed from, but during recovery my sciatic nerve started acting up on the right side and I've had a hard time getting over that, takes me at least an hour to get up and moving again each morning.. this arrived yesterday and I wore it though the night, when I woke up my leg was feeling a lot better than usual in the morning (I'm not healed lol) but I had significant improvement during the night!!When standing/ walking with this on it slides down a lot but while laying it holds itself in place fairly well, I think this specific one works better if your laying rather than to go walking around in, it is possible that my leg hair is affecting how well it holds onto my thigh tho.
