I think it's quite sturdy and was very easy to put together. I wish I had someone to help when piecing the ends together but still managed to figure it out in just a few mins and I'm a 30 year old momma with two running around. Haha

I assembled this bed alone and it was not too difficult. It is very heavy and be careful that some parts do not easily fit.

I built this on my own! (Mom of four with two littles). The frame was NOT easy and highly recommend two people as instructed in packet HOWEVER is possible to put together solo. The ladder was a bit short, could be a tiny bit longer and that was the only part my husband helped me with bc it required being slightly put together and then once pieces are on to be tightened. Took about four hours to complete setup. We bought 5in twin sized bed in a box mattresses that fit PERFECTLY. Would highly recommend for younger children. It’s not as thick as wood but I still feel confident in the safety of it. Put the frame together by tightening the 11s first on one side and then the 10s pushed in and laid on top of the other side without being placed. Held my foot tightly on the corner as I placed pieces in at a slight angle with continued pressure. Putting the top bunk on was no easy task! Overall great product and happy with our purchase!

It didn’t take long to put together us sturdy and our 15 year old daughter loves it because it gives her a lot more room in her bedroom
