Giving 3 stars because it does not match the product description. I received a sword that was not sharpened and was not 1045 steel, printed on the metal was "440 stainless". Still a very cool product and I will definitely be keeping it, it is still very good quality and very nicely made. It's a shame it's not advertised correctly, I still would have bought and enjoyed it, just wish I knew exactly what I was buying.

Okay, so I literally have no complaints about the sword itself. It is beautiful, and my boyfriend is obsessed with it. My only problem is that it said it would come with the belt, and I didn't receive one. Oh, and it also wasn't sharpened as promised, but honestly, that's better for my sake. Just an FYI, though.

For those who think this blade is decor:This is a real piece of steel.This is not a fancy machete.The blade not being keen is perfect for someone who prefers to put the edge on.Looks beautiful on the wall and I only needed to take one light test swing at this pressure treated post to know it is strong.Once I put the edge on it’ll be more than enough to cleave.Sure it’ll be a nice piece on the wall, but if I ever take it down to use I am confident in the weight on my hip and the draw with either hand.Super glad I pulled the trigger on my favorite fantasy sword.

I was nervous to buy this sword due to some reviews. The sword came packaged perfect with no damage. The sword it self is beautiful and heavy. The blade is set in perfect and sturdy. I highly recommend this sword for any zelda fan.

One for each of us at home (me+the kids) during a Zelda marathon. All 3 arrived in excellent condition, no rattles or looseness. One sheath is a bit tight for the 10yr old to draw from but otherwise they're great. The cording around the grip is tenuous but that's a science few have mastered and it's purely decorative. 2 were packaged rather well, but one was packed with hope and prayer. No damage miraculously. Very happy with them. WIsh they'd come out with a corresponding shield of the same heft and quality.

First off, I think this is a great sword! I think the sword itself is beautiful, albeit slightly lighter then I was expecting. So here’s the ruff...While it’s incredibly long I was hoping the blade itself would be slightly thicker. I think it’s probably the steel it’s made out of. Obviously it’s not sharp, except for the tip which is very sharp! It’s well done. The exterior of the sheath is very nice looking! Whatever materials used for the inside of the sheath however could be better. Whatever it is it’s always leaving particles on the blade. It’s not the best material to use. To only other issue I have is the strap. I’m 5’6” 185 lbs and the strap is very tight. With the sword as long as it is, it would have been nice if the strap was longer to adjust better for wearing it. Because it’s so tight it’s not great to wear because it doesn’t sit right. It makes the sword act more like wings on both sides.I realize there was a lot of negative but if this is something you plan to hang, or pose with photos, it’s an amazing addition to any sword collection. Plus for the money, it truly is a great value.

This is obviously a wall peice and you're not going to actually fight with it so the people that say it isn't this or it isn't that... Chill out. If you love the game then you will love this sword if you get a good one. Mine is put together super tight, the acid etching is very clean and prevalent and its polished and sharpened nicely. The sheath is also very awesome. This isn't a 4000 dollar katana like I have but it isn't supposed to be. Its not for battle and you're not actually going to go running around the neighborhood with it looking for Gannon. I hope. Maybe the 30 year olds living in their moms basement screaming for meatloaf will. I'm sure of that. But it is very beautiful and very much worth the money for something cool from the game.
