The item ordered was great but the chains/ necklaces are very small and tight. Do they come and longer?

First , I ordered an 8 for the ring size .. as this was a birthday present. It got here fast , quicker than it said. I checked everything and quickly put it away so I wouldn’t ruin the surprise. Well , the ring was wrong. Way too big. Got an 11. Selected to swap it out no problem, sent mine back in. Still havnt received my replacement. I’m highly disappointed in this as my partner loved this set.

Tennis chain was in 2 pieces when it arrived and is only 13-14 inches. I don’t know who’s neck it’s supposed to fit. The watch jewels don’t go all the way around wrist band to the clasp. Everything else is pretty decent.
