We bought nicer teeth and bought this for the blood and a back up pair of teeth. My son preferred these teeth because they were more comfortable in his mouth.

Fangs stiff and useless (like most cheap plastic fangs). Fake blood ok. Beware -- it stains!

The blood was very good but the fangs were terrible. For the price I suppose it was ok although I did find it cheaper to just go to Party City and get the blood.

It works as fake blood. Freaked by kids right out with this stuff.

I ended up not using it, so I can not really tell you about that part. It took nearly a month to arrive, so if you are planning on getting it, buy it ahead of time. It does not look cheap, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants the real deal look.
