I've ridden this chainring for two summers now, and it shows basically no signs of wear! Less than 1/4 the price of a Shimano and 1/8th the price of a WolfTooth chainring.

Chain retention is as good as Shimano, can't comment on durability but no signs of any abnormal wear after using for a while.

I went down 2 teeth to a 30 tooth so that I could use more of my cassette more often. Easy to install on a12s deore crank set, I didn’t even need to pull the crank. Fits perfect. High quality. Looks great, it is a nice bright red.

I'm a weight weenie, and when I saw I could save 50 grams or so over my steel Shimano original chainring, I took a chance and bought one of these. Looks cool and works like a charm. Even though this is aluminum (vs shimano steel) I'm not too worried about wear and longevity given that this chain ring is a "fixed" gear, not shifted into/out of. After a positive experience with my first one, I bought two more of these for two other bikes. Very good value and super cool colors.
