Wow I have to say, these work great. I got them to replace one existing hinge that had broken, but now its so much better i feel like i gotta replace all of them! Soft close is really sweet

These soft close hinges are great, reliable, and easy to install. Doesn't get much better than these, especially when, like in my case, they require no adjustments from the old hinges. I have had them installed for about 2 months now and haven't had any issues or failures. Great product!

Broke the factory hinge on my bath vanity and couldn't find the exact replacement. Gave these a try and replaced the broken one and was able to adjust it so the reveal on the door was perfect. Additionally, all of the holes lined up perfectly.

Review of Furniware 10 Pack 5 Pairs 1-1/4 inch Overlay Soft Close Hinges for Face Frame Kitchen Cabinet Hinges Satin Nickel - 3 Way Adjustability Concealed Soft Close Hinges Damper Self Closing :These hinges are being used in newly built cabinets. The hinges work great on solid wood paneled doors and they close perfectly. They look and feel to be a solid built hinge. I love this kind of hinge because they are compact and have very little sticking out inside the cabinet for things to catch on. For that reason, they are my favorite. They come with the push in type plastic dowels, but I prefer to screw the directly on the wood frame. The plastic dowels are easily removed from the hinges. It takes a 35mm forstner type bit for the cup to fit in and I use a drill press for that operation. I set the press to stop at the proper depth so there are no mistakes of drill too deep. It is also great that this supplier has all the different overlay sizes and quantity discounts. I do think the mounting screw that holds the door to the cabinet should be beefier so I use my own instead of the supplied screw.A side note if you find they close too slowly you can use one soft close and one standard hinge of the same style. This will make a big difference especially if you have small flat panel doors with ¼” ply panels that are light weight.

I am getting more and more into making my own cabinets. I am amazed at how many different types of hinges there are for the different types of cabinets! So read the ads carefully to assure you are getting the correct hinge for the style of cabinet you wish to use them on. These are for face frame cabinets which means there are wood strips (1 1/2 inches or wider), around the openings of your cabinets. They are also designed for the amount of overhang your cabinet doors have. I typically allow 3/4" overhang of my doors to the face frame. With that said here is my review of these door hinges:PROS:1) These are labeled on the hinge with all sorts of useful information (see pic 1). First off you see the 3/4 stamped into the hinge showing these are made for a 3/4" overhang. Very nice to read this on the hinge instead of having to get a ruler out to measure it. It also tells you which direction each adjustment screw will adjust. Again, nice to have a visual indicator making adjusting your doors easier.2) The direction are straight forward to help you get your holes in the right place. The only odd thing in the directions is the chart for how many hinges you need for a certain sized door. The door height in the chart is using mm, where the X-axis of the chart is using lbs. A little odd. The hole location chart gives the dimensions in both mm and inches.3) The close spring is strong (see pic 3).CONS:1) The soft close mechanism is plastic (pic 2). This will be the part that will wear out first. As much use as cabinet doors get, I would prefer there be no plastic components. But they do soft close well. Just understand that they are plastic and will wear.CONCLUSION:These are a pretty good hinges with some nice features. At the price point a fairly good value as well.RATING SYSTEM:I review a lot of products because I know reading other peoples reviews are very helpful in selecting the right product. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought, "that is useful". When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you why I rate is important.Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone.4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well.3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great.2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don't count on it.1 Star: Trash. I can't see any useful purpose for the product.
