I purchased this in December 2023, used it every day with no problem until yesterday. Only had it for 5 months. I can hear my coworkers but they don’t hear me. Not happy not being able to get in contact with seller. I will not be ordering from them again.

when item arrived I noticed that the plugs will not fit into my Motorola walkie talkie, so I had to return item for one that is compatible with Motorola

Just read where others are experincing similar issue with sound quality. Did a recent shipment just come in or can you ck out to see for yourself the poor sound quality.

it is very easy to operate. the ear hook is easy to put and comfortable with both right and left ears. easy reply button. so i would recommend this product.

Works great! The cord is a little longer than the standard ear piece that comes with the Baofeng radios. The audio is clear, and this product seems to be well made. I would buy again, and I would recommend to a friend.
