The construction of these glasses is fantastic. The frames are well made and durable, and the lenses are of decent optical quality. I bought these to watch some old 3D classics from the 1940's to 1970s in the way the director intended, and these glasses may be among the best for this.I used to love anaglyph films when I was a kid in the 80s and 90s. I thought it was pretty cool tech, even though it's been out since the 1920s. Thought I'd give it another try, and boy did I eventually get a headache. I'm not the young buck I used to was. After several minutes, your eyes and brain will mostly adjust to the colors, and you'll be tricked into the feeling of 3D. But you'll never fully adjust to it. But this is the way it was and always has been. It's hard going back to anaglyph after experiencing polarized 3D glasses (still gives me headaches), and in particular, a quality VR headset that immerses you into the game or film. So, keep your expectations low, this is a 100-year-old technology.

These glasses work pretty well for old school 3D movies, comic books, artwork, etc. Pretty straight-forward and not much to it. If I had any other observation, it would be that 3D has come a long way since these things were the main type that was used. It can be a little headache-inducing if the images aren't formatted well. Some frames and compositions lend themselves really well to this 3D format, where things really are floating out in the dimensional space in front of you. Like you just want to reach out and grab things. But other images do not lend themselves to the format so well, and it just kind of hurts to look at. However, if you are watching something that was made for this particular 3D technology, then the are indeed the type of glasses you are looking for. Getting them in bulk is also good, so that friends and family can enjoy it right along with you.

These do not work well at all! We tried to watch Coraline in 3D at home with these and ended up just giving up and switching back to the 2D version. These only make your eyes and head hurt. Ended up just throwing them in the trash.
