This was supposed to be an XXL hat band with stretch. It did it stretch at all and didn't fit on the hat for which I bought it. This was a waste of money.

Hat band is a great color. It's yellow, even though it looks a little gold in the picture, but yellow is what I wanted.It's stretchable, so easily fits over my current hat band.

I wanted a navy band to replace the flowered scarf on a hat I love otherwise. I used the size chart to select Medium. Initially I was disappointed in the band when I opened the package. It’s not adjustable and it looks like a piece of ribbon. I thought I’d return it. Then I tried it on my hat and it fit perfectly! Now I love it and my hat looks classy like the photo of the woman wearing the hat with the red band. The four stars is for the price point. At least it fits great and I know it is “genuine”Panama brand.

This material is simply a ribbon. It has no stretch, therefore it does not conform to the hat. It is too inexpensive to spend time to return it.

I bought 2 sizes on prime and the large size was closest to what I needed. At first I thought it might be too big but once I ironed it to remove all the creases it was a perfect, tight enough fit! You need to iron it it for a good professional look. I plan to get more colors right away. Place it on your hat as soon as you've ironed it as this is what worked for me.. They are on prime shipping so no worries if you need to return for a different size. I'm very happy with this purchase. Now I can change the look of my hat for a reasonable price. As a reference I wear a size M in most ladies hats.
