I love the flaps for your ears because you can have cover your ears to keep them warm and then lift the flaps to hear better!

I've been looking for blaze camo hunting hat with a brim for a while now. This one fits the bill. It does run small. I have a 21.75 inch head and large fit perfectly. Nice blaze camo pattern, waterproof, windproof and warm. I like that the earflaps can be left down, fastened on top or fastened at the back letting me adjust to the weather. This hat will work great for my Wisconsin deer hunts.

Contacted the seller to resolve issue for a $10 refund and have the wife sew in some elastic in the head band. But, just said to return it, and I am as description size is wrong.

I measured my head and was right on the edge of large or X-large. I went with the X-Large just to be safe. Unfortunately, the XL hat arrived and was way too small for my head. I wanted to like this, but I'll have to return it.

Just got this 7-1/2" (large), i wear a fitted 7-3/8" hat and this is so tight its going to pop my head open!Kind of getting tired with the sizing at GameHide, its all over the place and nothing runs true or close to what they claim.

My Husband is always searching for a bright orange hat with the ear flaps. They are extremely hard to find. He was looking for solid orange but we found this one and it will be fine. Ordered according to your measuring chart and it was a good fit.

I was looking for a high-vis hat to wear in SD pheasant hunting.This hat did a great job in 15-degree/20 mph winds, riding in the back of a pickup truck. I wore a neck gaiter with it, and had zero cold-weather issues. I ended up not using the fold down flaps much; maybe once or twice in the truck, but not at all in the field.I'll use it a lot in my NC tree stand deer hunting I'm sure.The gentleman who complained about the bill being too short: it's supposed to be short. You don't want a long bill on a hat when you're shooting a shotgun (or a bow).
