Bought this for A quail hunt, the shot gun shell holders were nice and should fit a whole 25rnd pack and didn't feel to weighed down. Material seems solid and fit well over my jacket without being to tight. I Wear at size XXL shirt and the XL size I ordered fit perfect.

Not too heavy for warmer weather in early fall. Plenty of room for a warmer layer underneath if needed. Shell holders held 20 ga ammo would do the same for 12 ga as well.

Nice vest. It was purchased one size larger to accommodate a jacket or warmer clothing underneath. I could have probably ordered my normal size and it would have been fine. My only dislike is the shoulder width is a little too wide for my liking. Make the shoulders more narrow and add some recoil padding and this would be perfect.

I ordered an XL and it fits easy over a bulky coat (my coat size is a XL). Made very well and I like all the pockets. I had four birds in vest with two boxes of shell and it was still comfortable.
