The chair feels genuinely amazing, and is very sturdy. All parts came in, and nothing was defective thankfully. It's worth the money despite the delivery amount.

The chair is ok to sit in. The parts do not tighten very well. The footrest is not ideal for tall people. It comes with an ergonomic pillow. It is up to preference but my previous chair had the ergonomic curve built in. The pillow feels uncomfortable. I'm going to buy an ergonomic cushion for the back and seat and it should feel fine.

Overall this is a great first gaming chair. Not quite as nice as the more expensive ones, but it’s still comfortable and functional. I did tighten some screws up after my first initial use and everything is snug as a bug in a rug now. Works as advertised and would recommend buying to a friend.
