Your cart is empty. This is a precision pellet. A relatively light weight and flat head that cuts targets cleanly makes this pellet tops for shooters wanting tight groups.

These Gamo pellets are great for plinking.Like most tins of pellets you get the odd few that are misshape, but 99% are usable. They are as accurate as BSA et al. They're not expensive and perfectly good for my needs.

Good price. Works well, shoots accurately in my Crosman F4 rifle and my Umarex Colt SAA revolver for plinking and target shooting.

They have gone up in price $11 in the past 3 weeks. Bought 2 tins for $6 each three weeks ago then 2 weeks ago they went up to $12.99 this week they're now $16. NO THANKS if im spending $16 ill buy the good pellets or better yet add $4 and get 500 rounds of rimfire.OLD REVIEWI've been shooting pellet guns for 30 years and I have tried all the "match grade" super accurate blah blah blahs on the market and every time I come back to the walmart $5 dollar special gamo wadcutters. I did it again last week was getting so frustrated after shooting out of 2 tins of high dollar pellets and was thinking my scope must be broken on the inside my groups were horrible with no rhyme or reason. Then I picked these up again and put the first 20 shots all through the same hole. I'm done trying new stuff that comes out I'm sticking with these it doesn't get any better.

If you like a laugh with a gamo Co2 pistol and want a reliable and accurate pellet that won't jam those little 8 shot mags these are the pellets you want. They also shoot nicely in my son's junior rifle

Use these when indoor, mostly at splatter burst 4 inch targets.

They seem to be accurate enough. The problem is they are too short and tend to fall out of the magazine on my Gamo Swarm Gene while cocking the barrel, the next pellet in the mag will also at times jump out of the mag from the recoil when the rifle is fired. Work great in my Crossman 1377.

These work pretty well in my Umarex baretta px4 storm. Bought a few more tins after just 32 shots. Lol. I’m sold.

OVERVIEWBought these to compare with other wadcutters / flat nose in the same price range (e.g. Crosman 7.9 grain Match Wadcutter) and 7.4 Competition Wadcutter). As a test I shot them out of a Hatsan Mod 125 Vortex break barrel with open sights and an Umarex Gauntlet PCP with a Clive scope, indoors at 10 meters. Most other types of pellets (round nose, hollow point, etc.) typically tear up paper and don't make nice holes. The problem is made worse when using splatter targets with the other type of pellets, but these worked super great. Wadcutters / flat nose pellets are great for punching paper when sighting an air gun. The pellets are supposed to be 7.56 grains. I got the scale out and weight them each twice ensure that the placement on the scale wasn't affecting the reading. I picked 3 a random that weighed in at 7.5, 7.56, and 7.5 grains for an average of 7.53 grains and a standard deviation .05. I measured the skirts that resulted 4.67, 4.68, and 4.67 for an average of 4.687 and a standard deviation of .015 mm. The lengths came in at 5.5, 5.48 and 5.49 mm for an average of 5.487 mm and a standard deviation of .012. For comparison, the Winchester Round nose 9.6 grain pellets came in at 4.54 mm on average for the skirt and at 5.84 mm on average for the length.PROS►Great for punching paper►Weights were relatively consistent►Worked well in both a magnum break barrel and a PCP indoors at 10 meters►Did not appear to be any damaged skirts►Pellets were clean►Better price than the Crosman 7.9 grain match wadcutters►Slightly price to the Crosman 7.4 grain competition wadcuttersCONS►Tin was incredibly difficult to get open - had to use a vice to hold the base►Compared to the Crosman match 7.9 grain, the Crosman did better in the Hatsan 125 break barrel; for the Umarex Gauntlet there really was not much differenceRECOMMENDATIONAll in all these performed about as well as the more expensive Crosman wadcutters both the match 7.9 and the competition 7.4 grains. Because the Hatsan is a beast of a gun, any pellet under 9.8 are going to be hit or miss because of how fast it pushes the pellets, but all in all for most other break barrel, C02, or multi-pump air guns these Gamo Match Classics will work just fine. When looking at the photos of the target, especially when looking at the bottom of the target, it is more clear the difference in the performance of the pellet in the Umarex PCP vs the Hatsan break barrel, the PCP wholes are much cleaner.Glad I picked these up, based on the price and performance they may be my go to pellets for general plinking and air gun sighting.

I have tried many different Gamo pellets and enjoy these best for value and accuracy. However this tin of pellets seems to have skipped the quality control group. I have a Gamo air gun and these pellets vary greatly in size. I have not done the in depth weighing that others have but I can tell you some fit the barrel perfect (~60%), some fit but are extremely tight (~30%), and others are loose enough they can fall out (~10% -Sometimes I shoot a blank as they fly out I suppose when I am closing the barrel?!?)I have bought this exact tin from a sporting goods store many times and did not have this problem. So maybe it was just this batch. I have learned to compensate for the size difference when aiming so they are still very usable. In all, I have been pleased with Gamo's products but this particular purchase does not meet the quality I am used to.

I used about 200 out of the 250 pellets in the can. I must say, very happy with them. Very accurate. I use them mostly for target practice. So I have not tried on live varmints. But I did use Gamo Hunter pellets and was able to score a hit on a mouse in the yard. The pellet likely went through its body, since I saw marks on the tree made by the pellet and blood. Sadly, the mouse got away. My air rifle's loading/pumping action prevented my follow up shot. The difference between the two is minor: Hunter has domed tip while Match has flat tip. One would think the domed tip would be more accurate/faster.Now that I am ordering 500 more, I should have enough to last me for a few month.
