I bought this system 2 years ago. The shower handle broke. So now I have to buy a new system. This means I have to pay a plumber, break the tiles, buy new tiles and pay some to do the work replacing themLook at how much money I will have to pay

After spending thousands to have my shower redone and tiled I have found that I can't even hook up the head or remote valve because the brass connector parts of the shower components can't get tight into the bib. I mounted the bib as far forward as possible, the backer board was touching it, yet when it's finished the bib sits 1/2 inch inside the wall and now I cant hook it up. I have been trying to remedy this for weeks and I guess I need to remove the wall and extend the bib and set it deeper to fix. A cost of over 2000 dollars. All they had to do is include different length's of brass adapters but that would have cost them another few dollars...I have tried adapters and they stick out too far, I don't recommend this to anyone. What's worse is I cant contact them or get any remedy for this

we are extremely excited to have chosen this product for our bathroom shower. the 10” shower head is so relaxing and seriously cuts rinsing conditioner out of my long hair by a quarter of the time! well made product and would buy this product again. the wand is a great style and perfect length of hose for cleaning our custom shower. (sry about the sideways pic, but thought it was worth including)

Just had this installed for guest bathroom remodel and so far this works well! Had a no-door, walk-in shower installed to replace a standard tub/shower combo. Was worried about water splashing outside the open walk-in opening with a standard shower head, so opted to get a rain shower system and position the head parallel to the floor to hopefully avoid this. Purchased the 10" brushed nickel set. The water pressure coming from the shower head is great!! When switched to the wand, this also has very powerful pressure. I was worried about the water pressure as my family likes a lot of pressure, and this one does not disappoint! We will be doing a master bath reno soon and I will buy this again! Can't beat the value of this system--don't hesitate to buy!
