I haven't been able to install this yet because I need the T slot channel that this firlts into. The material feels durable and is pretty thick. This feels like it will last a long time. The whole assembly is about 2 inches tall so you may need to adjust your garage door opener (if you have one) up a little bit for clearance. The price on this was $36 at the time of this review, which seems a little on the high side compared to other 16ft offering currently on Amazon.

We moved into a new house to us and in the fall we looked all around the house inside and out for ways to keep things warm and more efficient this winter. We noticed our garage door did not have any type of seal on it and with the concrete uneven there were gaps of daylight coming in. We measured our garage and I read lots of reviews of similar products and likes this one the best! The reviews didn't let me down. Very thick high quality material. It arrived cold from the mail and I let it warm up inside the house for a couple of days. We cleaned our garage tracks and soaped it with dawn dish soap. The installation was easy! I recommend two people, one to pull and one to guide. I think we cut off maybe 6 inches of extra material. We had to reset our garage door closing to adjust to the thickness of this weather strip. Highly recommend. Works great! Price was correct I thought to.
