My Spring broke so there was no tension on my spring. The included directions were kind of confusing so I watched a YouTube that was great.It works Great and easy to install following directions and if my other door breaks, I will buy this one again .Great product with all of the tools included.

Did not receive by fedex on date it was supposed to come. Tracking number from fedex went nowhere. Notified seller and they immediately sent out another spring & we got it a day earlier than expected. MJ at Easy Fix Hardware was excellent. She gave us partial credit/ refund too. Will do business with them again. Spring was just what we needed & installed by my husband.

Would have been 5 stars if box wasn't repacked and missing items.. The important parts like the two adjusting bars and replacement bushing were in the box. But, this was obviously repackaged with things missing. That said, the springs installed like most videos on YouTube said they would. Working well now for about 1 week.

Included Winding Bars with rubberized grip...worked great. Had product installed in a short time. These Torsion Springs were hard to find to support my 8 x 16 door that has additional reinforcement for hurricane codes (extra weight = bigger spring needed.). They had them in stock and were shipped right away! My Thanks to Easy Fix Hardware

If you’re fairly handy and can watch a couple YouTube videos on how to disassemble and reassemble and wind, this is the best product to buy for the DI wire I saved probably $500 while doing myself and it took about an hour and a half of my time.
