It wasn't an exact fit since some of the holes didn't match up and I had to drill 2 of them to get the screws in. Other than that it was a good fit.

The product was overall good and as expected except for the holes where the screws went were misaligned just slightly and so I had to stretch and elongate a hole in order to get the part to mount. Other than that it's great for the money!
