First of all, the photos of this item display it with metal screws and hardware... I received nothing like the display photos.It is way thinner and much less durable than the original Honda part. The original one took a beating from heavy snow & ice balls on the road during winters and lasted five years - we'll see if this lasts through one winter, or not...Other than me having to source my own additional hardware (there are a lot of assorted fasteners for this), it fits - more or less.I managed to get it on, but one outer edge hole is a half inch off - so I couldn't fasten that one. I don't know how they could miss that hole by that much. All other holes I was able to use.
