I want to love this so much, but the pole is simply to lightweight for the height of the system. I just brought it back up to the deck to remove some sections to keep it from bending. Even just laying across the chairs, you can see it bending.I do love that it is portable and includes the pump and pin to inflate the ball. Assembly was very easy.

I was excited about teaching my children to play tetherball. It was easy to set up, and the ball was firm. The base looks like a claw that fixes into the ground. It keeps the pole from falling over.My children learned to play quickly and enjoyed an afternoon playing together. We played with it for two more days before we noticed a problem.The base has a connection that is not metal. The movement of the pole caused it to tear.We were very disappointed because we enjoyed the product. My husband may be able to push the pole into the ground to make it stable enough to play again.

It did not last thirty minutes after it was put up. Very poorly made. It works if the kids are like 5 years old. Definitely wasted my money on that item. Gave the ball to to the dog.

This is a lightweight tether ball system that was easy to set up and is quite portable because of the weight of it, however, it is definitely not made for aggressive players - perhaps young kids just getting into the game of tether ball. The pricing for this system is great, but perhaps it'll need reenforcement to keep it from breaking. Luckily, our younger kids enjoy playing this and I can't swing it around too much myself so it's entertaining enough for our use, but for anyone that wants a serious game this may not hold up to that.

Couldn't wait to get this. Was so disappointed. The ball is not cushioned it hurts when you smack it. The pole is thini don't think it'll last long

This tether ball set is awesome and brings me back to my elementary school days. The tether ball is very nice quality and comes with a ball pump since it is shipped deflated. It comes attached to a nylon rope with a metal carabiner at the end to secure it to the pole. The pole feels strong, despite being pretty thin overall - the metal gauge of the pole feels sturdy. I had to use a rubber mallet to get the prongs to sit flush into our lawn. Fun to play with and helps kids with hand-eye coordination.
