I have now used this GPS several times. It has worked flawlessly. I have deviated from the planned route on purpose and it got me back on track immediately. I accidentally took the wrong turn in an unfamiliar city, and was immediately directed to the road I was meant to be on. A great product and has been a great addition to driving in areas in which I am not familiar.

Literally can’t tell that this is a refurbished unit. Looks brand new comes with everything you could need. Plugged it in and was ready to go in minutes. Phone connects easily and coming from a 7in garmin thats 8 years old with over 1 million miles this one is better in every way. It’s actually a lot bigger than my older 7in but I like the size. All the extra accessories is nice too and for this price I’m happy I bought this instead of a new one. Works flawlessly and have zero complaints so far.

While the search function is not perfect or as intuitive as Google maps, plugging a specific address in always works. I don't lose signal. The cues are timely. It tells me my mph when I'm driving at night and can't see it on my car's dashboard. It gives a pretty accurate arrival estimation based on both my patterns and current traffic conditions.It's easy to put up and take back down, which is very important to me as I don't want to leave it in my car. It literally takes less than 60 seconds to set up or take apart to put back in the protective case wristlet.The screen size and visibility is perfect. I'm not sure if it's coincidence, but I don't have glare issues on the screen.It's easy. It's intuitive. It's reliable. It's quickly portable. Not permanently fixed to my dashboard and yet the base doesn't slide about. So very well designed.

Happy with this purchase. It took me a little while to set it up, but if I had followed the directions, it would not have taken so long! It says to make sure the battery is charged up before attempting to set it up. I was impatient, and it wouldn't work. I gave up set it aside, plugged in. I came back later determined to try again and everything worked immediately once it was well charged. I have no idea what difference that makes, but it clearly made one. I've been using it every day since then for a couple weeks now. I love the large screen size and the weighted stand that came with it. I thought it was a good package deal.Also, it says Renewed, but I couldn't even tell the difference. They did a good job.

I bought this as an upgrade to my old Garmin Nuvi 855. The old Garmin still worked but it was definitely time. The Garmin Smart 65 is very nice. It was delivered complete to include a windshield mount, a heavy base mount, and a charger. Out of the box it required an update to both the OS and the maps, which I accomplished overnight. The following day we took it on a four hour round trip and it worked flawlessly including self updating the clock/time. The 7" screen is very clear and went to night mode right at sunset. The route instructions are right on and are earlier than my old Garmin giving plenty of time to prepare for turns etc. I still have to experiment with the Android Drive app and the hands free integration with my Samsung S9. So far this unit has been a home-run!
