I purchased two sets of these to install some gates in my backyard. Three of the four sets fit perfectly and had no issues. On the for the post was a little rough and would not fit properly. I took some 400 grit sandpaper and just sanded down the rough areas of the post and within a few minutes, it fit perfectly.These are excellent quality. Installation was very simple. They do not include any installation hardware and you will need to supply this yourself.As you can see in a few of the pictures, I did apply some grease to the fittings to allow a more smooth operation. I really don’t know if this was necessary, but I had the grease and it didn’t cost me anything to apply it.I would highly recommend these.

Used as trailer tailgate hinges. The welds were a little out of square otherwise they were a decent product.

These hinges seem heavy duty. The welds appear good, only time will tell for sure about that. I need these for a tight spot, and they aren't made for that. They have a block welded between the mount plate and the actual hinge part, offsetting the hinge probably a half inch; then the hinge itself is pretty thick, probably quarter inch wall to the hinge. All that being said, this puts the hinge pin probably an inch from the wall/post/mount point, and I need a hinge that sits much closer to the mount point. The original hinge I'm replacing had the pin about a quarter inch from the mount point. Might be great if you have the space. At ~$15 for the two and they seem well made, I'd say they're a good value. Just make sure you have the space for them.

I had 4 sets and i managed to get one set to line up and operate. the others had to have male post ground to fit. i did not have time to return and replace so had to work on them

These gate hinge wall mounts are exactly as listed. Each one consists of two pieces that are welded together and have a galvanized finish. The welds look nice and strong. I paired them up with a cast 5/8” gate pin and they work perfectly together. They are less expensive than cast, stainless steel gate hinges so if you’re looking to save a little money and you don’t need the shiny stainless finish then these will do the job. It’s too early to tell how they’ll hold up in the rain, but for me the look doesn’t matter and therefore I’m happy with these hinges. I gave this gate hinge 5-stars because it looks and works as advertised. If you want a gate hinge that works but looks nicer, then I recommend you find a cast stainless steel gate hinge (in the attached photo you can see the difference between this galvanized finish and a cast stainless steel hinge).
