スペック上は重い軸ですが、実際はそれほど重さを感じず、押下時に独特の滑らかさを感じます。海外では「Thocky」な打鍵音のための人気軸になっていて、比較的安価なアルミ筐体でも高い効果を発揮します。５ピンですが、３ピンと比べて安定感が増したようには感じません。７２個を２セット購入しましたが、製造個体によるばらつきもなく、安価なリニア軸にありがちな「戻り時にニチャニチャする」ような不快な感触もありません。黒い本体なのでバックライトが透過しません。軸単体の音は非常に静かです。フォームの吸音効果が最大限発揮される軸です。

Threw a set of these on an Epomaker TH80 and it's definitely some of the best linear switches I've had the chance to use so far.

If you're looking for pre-lubed linears with a snappy return and full 4mm travel, these Oil Kings are worth a look. They seem to have an improved factory lube process/quantity/consistency compared to other pre-lubed Gateron switches that I have tried. You could still probably gain some smoothness and consistency by doing your own Krytox 205g0 lube job, but honestly I'm not entirely convinced that it would be worth the time and effort.I especially like the snappy return on these switches. This is usually achieved by using a long (~18-22mm) spring, and that appears to be the case here. I tend to prefer a long pole stem, but these are good switches. If you're looking for a modernized Cherry Black experience, these are a fantastic choice.
