Bought this to replace the belt that had busted after I had put in my 80 cc big bore kit. Installation was easy it's tight and actually gave me more power and speed. I can go close and even at times up to 50 mph. I if course have other upgrades put into my scooter but it can handle the speed and no complaints. It's thicker and wider than the stock belt I had on. Would recommend

This Gates made belt is the one you want!! Outlasts by far!! Actually, I've never had one break. I just swap them out when they feel sleepy. I wouldn't buy another, these are priced excellently!! 👍

This is the best belt to buy for the GY6 Scooters. I've tried a lot of belts but this one blows the others away. If you put this on your scooter and it shreds or breaks quickly then you might need a new clutch. If the clutch isn't opening and closing properly then the belt will definately shred quickly. I know cause I experienced this problem and learned that the welding inside my clutch had broke and was causing the clutch to not work properly. I've had this belt on my 2019 Bintelli Spark 50cc for over a year now without any problems. It increased my acceleration and my top speed. I thought the power increase would go away after breaking the belt in but nope that's not what happened. The power increase didn't go away at all. I checked the belt last month and it still looks brand new and it's still giving my scooter a better performance overall. I won't ever buy any other belt again other than this Gates PowerLink belt. I just purchased one for my other Scooter which is a 2021 Wolf RX-50 50cc. I highly recommend this belt!!!

These pictures were take the day after I got the belt put on. Left me stranded on the side of the road until a random person with a truck gave me a ride. Really disappointed with how quick it gave out, especially when the gates 669 18.1 30 I had previously lasted 7 years. This one says it’s 669 18.1 30 but the belt says 669 18 30. Didn’t find a way to resolve with customer service but if I do I will update this review with how they handled it.

Buy the cheap belt and you get what you pay for. This Gates belt made a noticeable difference right away. I have a big bore kit, 100cc, and was tearing thru less expensive belts. After I replaced the rear clutch and put this belt on, I haven't had an issue. It rides better and shifts really smoothly. I have already ordered another one to keep under the seat. Buy this belt and save yourself some aggravation!
