I use this to sit on poolside or even in my pool (I have a ledge) so I don't snag my swimsuits. I also use it as a floating table since I have zero-edge jacuzzi. I'd rate this higher but the price for two simple pieces of foam is just ridiculous. Nevertheless, it works as I had hoped.

I'm a bit shocked by these- and not in a good way either. This is definitely one of my "I tried it so you don't have to" reviews.Yes, they are a nice size and they provide a nice place to sit at the pools edge (saving your bathingsuits from the dreaded pulls and pills), but they are nothing but cheep, hard foam!These feel EXACTLY like the kids kickboards that you can buy from the Dollar Store for $1.25! Like...exactly like them! The only difference is that these are larger, oval shaped and have more texture on one side. They are the hard, super lightweight foam. They don't really have any give and if you happen to fold one of these or get it pinched in something, it will snap and break clear down the middle!You have to be careful on a breezy day too (not even windy- just a light breeze) because these are so light, they will pick up with the wind and take flight!I'm pretty suprised that these cost as much as they do! For this price I was expecting the soft, squishy foam that the good mats are made of. So I was shocked when these arrived and the box barely weighed a pound! (And most of that weight comes from the bags and copious amount of tape that these are wrapped in!)These are grossly overpriced! Even for what they are made of. You can get a set of 5 or 6 for $35-$40 here on Amazon. They are the same size and shape too.What a total waste of money and a complete letdown.I tried it so you don't have to!

Nice set, perfect sized for sitting at the pool edge. Especially if that edge gets wet from splashover you put this down and stick your feet in while keeping your bum dry. My only complaint was the packaging. A considerable amount of tape was used making it difficult to open the package.
