Love these , so far I used just one for a 2 layer cake frosted with American buttercream. These have a perfect weight for smoothing the cakes . A few turns on the table will get you a beautiful finish easily ! The perform much better then the plastic ones. The metal finish makes the cleaning a breeze with no greasy after feel .

These are the perfect height for tall occasion cakes. They are heavy duty but not too heavy while trying to smoothly frost cakes. I love the variety of edges.

I had no issues with this product. The stainless steel went through the dishwasher like a champ with no rusting. Straight lines and straight edges are what I need for my cakes. This provided just that.

Loved the Smith edge and the line texture. They are a heavy gage . They can be very heavy for a beginner in my opinion.When you a beginner, I feel your smoother tool should be light weighted so it's easier to glide.
