I purchased this for my kitchen so I can have some background noise. I usually put tv on but often get distracted with something that gets my attention. This radio has amazing sound quality, extremely easy to use. It reminds also of the radios from my childhood. Very happy with this purchase.

As a radio, which is why I bought it, this radio is pathetic. I live 9 miles from the largest city in my state. I can only receive 3 stations inside my home on AM, and they are static filled. FM is the only real usable band inside my home.I wouldn’t order this radio again if it were free.

I have had issues with speaker Quality in the past, speakers being so "tinny " they gave me a headache.The speak is so much easier on my ears.The reception is good. The only negative is the tuning. Fine tuning a chore.
