I tried to stop my 2012 Chevy Cruze oil filter housing leak multiple times by just replacing the gaskets, but it never worked. I decided to spend a few extra bucks on this housing and the leak was gone. I guess the old housing was warped. If a new gasket set doesn't solve your leak, try this.
