About this item

  • Emerald is the most famous member of the beryl family. Legends endowed the wearer with the ability to foresee the future when emerald was placed under the tongue, as well as to reveal truth and be protected against evil spells. Emerald was once also believed to cure diseases like cholera and malaria. Wearing an emerald was believed to reveal the truth or falseness of a lover’s oath as well as make one an eloquent speaker.
  • Use a soft micro-fiber cloth to remove the oil and dirt accumulated on the emerald jewelry. Do not use an ultrasonic cleaner on emerald jewelry. Ultrasonic devices and commercial jewelry cleaners will remove the oils that the emeralds have been treated with and will cause damage to the gemstones. Always put your jewelry on after you’ve applied make-up, hairspray or perfume, or the chemicals may damage the emeralds.
  • Few people outside the gem industry realize the true nature of a gemstone’s journey from the mine to the counter of a store. Whether the gem is being offered to consumer’s at a traditional jewelry store’s counter, an internet shopping site, or a television broadcast the journey always involves a great deal of effort. Tons of earth and countless hours of labor are needed to being a gem from mine to market.
  • Our Expert gemologists verified this Green Emerald which passed many quality base tests and get stone certified through which we are completely assured of Top Quality Gemstone. Only after that, we deliver stones to you because we also, care about your loved ones.
  • Perfect For: Jewelers, Jewelry makers, Goldsmiths, Designers, Craftsmen, Collectors or a gift for the special one. Each and every stone is unique and you will receive ones similar to the image shown.

What are Rough Gems?

Rough gems are uncut, unpolished gemstones that are mined from the earth. These gemstones have no set shape or grade they rough and they always come in different shapes and sizes. Some of these gemstones are color treated to enhance them however that does not affect the actual quality of the gemstone. If you want to hold a real gemstone taken directly from the heart of mother earth which have been sleeping there for hundreds of thousands of years you should definitely give rough gems a chance!

  • These gemstones come from all across the world from the thousands of mines present. They are mined and shipped to us where we process them into small manageable pieces for you to geek over!

  • They are heated and then a solution of borax is sprinkled on top to enhance its color. However this can be washed off with strong soap and lukewarm water. So if you want to marvel over the true color of these beauties go for it!

  • Rough gems are the purest form of the gemstone experience. As a collector rough gems is what you always want. While cut and polished gemstones do look better they cant match the charm of these unearthed raw marvels of nature.

  • Here at GEMHUB we put our valued customers on top of everything. Because it is you who make us into what we are. We offer unmatched quality, cost effectiveness and service to our customers. Once you give us a chance we will not disappoint you!

  • Our most popular rough gems are Green Emerald, Aquamarine, Red Ruby and Blue Sapphire. Other than these Calcite, Pyrite, Jade, Topaz and Turquoise are quite popular as well.

First off NEVER BUY THIS JUNK!!!!What you get are dyed rocks not natural stones. If you don't know you're looking at this would suffice tuntil the dye cones out of them. The above picture is what you get after tumbling the rocks for several days then open the tumbler. Instead of a gray material which I have gotten from every type of rock I have done in the past this stuff had a green dye color floating in as you can see.The next picture is what is left of the stones after going through the tumbler for several days. Definatly not emeralds. They don't even look like emeralds. Besides that emeralds are naturally 6 sided stones not the BS they send you.
