I absolutely love this chair. It's buttery soft leather is so soft and comfortable. I love that it was only 2 pieces to put together. Delivery was earlier than promised. It did have a really bad squeak when it first arrived when rocking. Customer service was helpful and we were able to work out a solution. Tried oiling, at first it wasn't helpful, but eventually it worked it's way to where it needed to be and it is very quiet now.

Didn't want the hassle of electrics where these chairs are located and needed the backs to be decent looking as they are not against a wall. Hesitated to buy online, but couldn't find anything locally that worked for us. These really fit the bill. Look great from all angles, soft leather but firm support, and a good solid swivel base. Came well packed and easy minimal assembly. Very happy with these chairs.

It’s a great hard to find color. A little small in the butt area and legs hang off with legs reclined up. Hard to stay in the lay down reclined position since it relies on weight to keep the head rest and back reclined . Wish it had some kind of lock to stay reclined . Love that it rocks and swivels .

My wife wanted a smaller but comfortable recliner. Not one of the big, fat, puffy ones. This one is perfect. Very comfortable. The handle on the side is longer than average which makes it easier to reach and pull. The leather is soft. It shipped from clear across the county, and arrived within the promised window, which was weeks faster than the local furniture store estimated.

I found this recliner at half the price that the furniture store was selling it for. loved the color and the size and comfort, so much so that a week later I bought another so husband, and I wouldn't have to fight over it.

Here's what I don't like:It takes too much effort to move the recline lever, especially when returning it to the normal upright position.It won't "naturally" stay in certain positions once reclined.If you are tall, you may not find "long" enough leg support when reclined.The leather is very supple "luxuriant" top-grain leather. It may be fine for dainty types, but I'm a bit worried about it holding up.
