These interlock plates are not thin like many being sold. They are thick and strong. The red color is a nice contrast and probably the best to indicate the serious nature of the switcher. The design of this interlock can work for most circuit breakers stacked next to each other. I happen to use to switch between breakers of two EV charging - a Tesla and a J1772 charger.

I used this product on a different brand breaker panel and it worked perfect. It is installed in a GE panel in my garage and it is mounted on the thin center strip of the cover between the columns of left and right breakers and fits perfectly. I use it between two 240 volt breakers that are on the same side of the panel and stacked next to each other (one on top of the other). One is a 40 amp breaker for an electric car charger, the other is a 50a breaker for an electric garage heater. This lockout prevents both devices from being on and operated at the same time and thus potentially overloading my 100a garage sub panel. I specifically bought this product because it was anodized red. I peeled off the generator warning sticker because i am not using it for the intended application. I would 100% purchase again.

With only the smallest modification (drill 2 holes) to my 200 A panel, this interlock works perfectly on my Siemens breaker box. Highly recommend.
