I ordered this generator cover last year. My handyman unpacked it and misplaced the parts that attach it to the generator so I couldn't use it. I don't know why he opened the box and lost the parts, but he did. We searched, but could not find them. He may have thrown them out.I contacted the company to see if I could order the missing parts. They replied that they would send me a complete, brand new cover set--at NO COST! It wasn't the company's fault that I didn't have the parts and, therefore, couldn't use my cover. This is amazing customer service and I look forward to assembling my new cover this weekend.Thank you Geny Generator Running Cover company. Many kudos for going above and beyond in customer service. You deserve more than 5-stars.

Overall not awful for the money compared to prices of other covers. Plastic mounts that mount to the frame long term probably won't hold up very well. (Will probably replace with metal clamps). Velcro seems nice and tight when flaps are on. Top is of nice size and is pretty sturdy feelings. Unfortunately though it's like some kind of simple wood pieces that hopeful hold up. Had to move one of my mounts up above exhaust covers (just because I didnt like it down lower). The cover for the electric panel covers a decent amount.Overall it's an okay cover. Haven't tried it in wind or rain yet. For the money I would buy it again, compares to the $100+ other ones.

Seems decent, I like flat vs a domed tent for wind. I don't imagine that it would be that great for long term outdoor exposure but for my potentially occasional use, I think it'll do. The printed instructions aren't all that helpful, just watch the video for installation.

Liked the ease of use and instructions were good. However, the hooks did not last very long and snapped during use and adjustments. very disappointed on their quality. A little brittle for colder weather.

We were sceptical at first when we ordered it, but hurricane Fiona put it through the test. It stayed intact and held up great. 120 km winds and torrential rain.
