This model has some of the best depicted coronary vessels compared to very expensive anatomical models. The AV valves are a little bulky but this is a GREAT small scale model for the price. Compared to traditional school anatomy models costing 10-30X the price.

I am a Cardiology nurse and needed to present an educational session to non-clinical people. This helped me. It’s anatomically correct and colorful- my one and only issue was the it was not labeled. I know it’s meant to teach/test but in my setting, I needed to just demonstrate. I can see this being helpful in even patient education needs as it’s easy enough to keep on hand in clinics, etc.

I bought this for my nephew for his fourth birthday. He absolutely loved it! Especially with all the chambers and valves and such. Fortunately a handout is included with the names of all the parts and a description of the how the heart beats. I have now read this description aloud multiple times! Apparently he fell asleep with his heart! He’s still playing with it over a week later and I have learned more about the circulatory system than I ever wanted to know!I think it’s made for students to study how the heart works, but it’s also great for kids how are really into the circulatory system!

I purchased this model to use in future biology classes. I wanted something sturdy that showed all the basic parts and was a good size. This worked perfectly. The valves and heart strings are displayed perfectly.
