THis is the only part that wore out in my orignial bond tech extruder after about a year of use...I bought a bunch to keep in stock. I am fairly certain this piece must be made of plastic as it is engineered to save the more expensive parts of the extruder. The bondtech brand of extruders are really good. No more clicking - Buy Bondtech you won't be disappointed.
