I bought this product to replace the left fan of my HP Spectre13-ae0xx. The package comes with both the right and left fan. The right fan can not be used because it is not the correct part - it does not have the IR sensor board ribbon cable. I replaced the left fan which worked for about a week before starting to make a horrible (painful) and very loud screeching sound whenever the computer gets hot. I have requested a full refund and advise you to save your time and effort. Do not buy this product.

I was having a hard time for 2 years with my 13-AE013DX, when error 90B or C started , my Guarantee just expired, and it was a pain to have computer over heating and letting it cool off. Couldn't leave it on anymore, or use it constantly. Also everytime you turned it on, or when it went to sleep, you had to press enter, in able for it to start windows. Because of COVID, all my known places where to send to fix was closed, and i googled what i had to do, I tried EVERYTHING, updating BIOS, Booting safe mode, hard reseting, cleaning existing fans etc etc. Final step was changing fans. Bought these, googled how to change, went to Lowes to get the proper tools to open Laptop, and BADA BEAN BADA BOOM, rest was history, i feel that the computer is literally as good as when i opened the box. Highly recommend. By the way, box says it's one piece, but it both fans, left and right.

There are many models of the HP Envy 360 with different parts. After opening up the laptop and comparing the picture on Amazon with the fans in the laptop I was 99% sure it was the correct part. The fans arrived on time with both fans. I was able to replace the fans. The laptop no longer has the fan error message and I can hear them running. SUCCESS! These fans work great.
