These did not come in original packaging like the post shows. They are ford parts but came in some generic bags.

Order an aftermarket trimming chain kit. The new phaser that came in kit, was not working .had to re-order the ones from Ford .

For some parts, aftermarket is okay. For this article, way down deep and difficult to replace, aftermarket is not the right choice. Everything fits exactly and it's well made. This is one of those items you just don't cheap out on. You just don't want to change this out twice.

I bought this product and it was 1/2 the price the local ford dealer charged. I bought the items and I was skeptical at first I thought too good to be true . I took the items to the local ford dealer had them pull theirs off the shelf and they were identical I installed the phazers and they work excellent,

These are the real deal Ford phasers. Dont waste your money on any of the other knock off brands. Spend the money and get the quality. Changed my phasers out with these ones and truck runs amazing again.

Used on a 2004 F150 5.4L Triton. Came well packaged in Ford box. Seem well built. Truck ran better than new once installed with other new timing components. Will update if any problems once I get more kms on truck.

Ordered these for a “redo” job guy had just had done. Previously he had the timing job done and used Dorman parts. A month later the cam phasers came apart and broke timing chain. Luckily no valves were bent. If you’re going to replace the timing components on your 5.4 I highly recommend oem cam phasers, Melling HV pump, cloyes timing set and adjusters and felpro gaskets. It’s definitely a time consuming job and you CAN replace the pump without dropping the pan but the bottom bolt on pickup tube is A Lot of fun. Truck runs like a dream and is quieter than when new.
