Well, thanks to my Hulk ways, I broke our fridge handle. I purchased this handle in April 2017 and forgot to review it. The handle still looks great, and it has not damaged at all from normal use (4 other people use it—not me). Not sure if it holds up for a Wreck-It Raph, but for normal people, it's doing great!

This did the trick and fit the fridge. Really makes a difference when you are removing a yellowed handle. This was for a fridge in a rental unit. I just wish they did something different so that they don't yellow with time/cleaning. Therefore, I am rating with 4 stars instead of 5.

Kudos to Amazon for having this handle in stock and delivering it lightening-fast (the next day) under the Prime membership. It perfectly fits our Frigidaire FFTR1821QW refrigerator, the determination of which was made very simple because of Amazon's part fitness search function. Good going, as always, Amazon!On the other hand, a big THUMDS-DOWN to Frigidaire for equipping our refrigerator with such a flimsy handle. Never before had we owned a frige whose handle broke off in its entire service life. Being the exact replacement part, the handle should be just as flimsy as originally equipped, so we should not be surprised if it broke off again in the future (the original handle lasted all of two years since brand new). If it does, we will never again purchase another Frigidaire refrigerator.

We bought a new house with appliances and the fridge was missing the handle. This was a quick and affordable option that fit the fridge. It isn’t an exact match but it works for now until we can afford an upgraded fridge. You can see that the top of the handle curves towards the fridge. It appears the top of the original handle was flush with the freezer handle.I had no problem installing. Fortunately, the original handle broke off so I could reuse the screws.

It fits - if said it would fit my model. It doesn't match the freezer handle, which I now have to replace, if I find the freezer handle that matches.It is textured and will probably get dirty fast.It is, however, I think a better design and hopefully won't snap off as the other one did. My fridge is less than a year old and I'm a woman with strength limitations. If I could snap it off by opening the fridge door, then it is really a poor design to begin with.

Terrible design. Like many others, I've gone through at least three of these handles in the last 4 years. They're so flimsy and cheap they will break off in your hand if you don't pull exactly perpendicular to the fridge door face. So disgusted with it but what can you do? I need a handle on my fridge to open it. I wish they made a metal version of this handle. I'd pay more to make sure it never breaks again.

All I needed was the plastic insert that sits in the base of the handle so it can be latched to the screw on the frig door. This little piece of plastic was not even as strong or intricate as a small Lego block yet was costing anywhere from $16 to $27. I got the handle plus the plastic block for $13. Thank you, Thank you for not being one of those vendors who gouge customers on parts! Anyone need a refrigerator door handle? I have a spare! :)
