Old pcv valve elbow cracked causing a vacuum leak on my 2005 silverado 4.3. Parts store versions of this elbow last 1-2 years before splitting if your lucky. Original GM lasted 18 years and 200K miles. I expect this replacement OE one will outlast the truck.
