I recently purchased and installed a Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator from your store via Amazon to address performance issues with my vehicle. Initially, I was pleased to see the code and engine light disappear on the OBD scanner after installation, indicating a positive change.However, my satisfaction was short-lived. After just a couple of minutes of driving, the engine light reappeared, and the car started experiencing acceleration problems. Concerned, I stopped, got out, and manually tested the actuator by pulling the rod of the part under the hood with a set of pliers. To my dismay, I found that it felt stuck on the 4-6 stroke (pulling back and forth), explaining the performance issues.This unexpected failure has significantly impacted my vehicle's performance and reliability, leaving me disappointed with the quality of the product. I am now faced with the inconvenience and cost of seeking a refund or replacement.

This is not a new oem part, so please update what you are selling. If I wanted a used or rebuilt I would have spend 30 less for it. This is a real issue as the Chevy parts already have enough issues holding and pulling vacuum for the turbos in the trax, and other models like it. I already have it installed so won’t be returning but I can tell you based on vacuum testing this is most likely a rebuilt part, old casing with new internal. Don’t waste the 100 bucks on it.

It’s An Oem Product and works as intended.Could be a bit tighter but.We will have to see how long it lasts
