if you were having issues and in need of a replacement for the hood, Rod holder and pictures it looks different for the 06 scion XB but when you get it, it’s a direct fit and works just fine as the direct fit from the dealer.

I broke the old one in the cold of winter many years ago. I've been duct taping the rod ever since.I don't know what took me so long to replace it. It is a snug fit and I'm always a bit scared it will snap but that's just me. I just don't yank on it.
