Product description stated it was a set of four. It is only one set of strings. I would have but elsewhere for cheaper.

It is one to be known as the standard and quite another to be proving it consistently. I never had suffered a bad set of cables. Cannot say that about ANOTHER COMPANY . I play through both a AMPEG (15") combo and the infamous PEAVY 'century' (120 watt head/cab w/ a replaced speaker from a maker other than it's replacement, a 18" BLACK WIDOW...'nuff said'. AND TOPPED OFF with the amp having a built-in distortion channel to address the then 'at the time' popular 'fuzz bass' sound. Alk making for a LOUD for a solid stater that is great both studio and the 100 seat set.

GHS are an excellent string company and their strings are remarkably consistent. I have been playing for thirty seven years and have used many brands, but I have found GHS to be the best!

Love these strings! Fat, full and well balanced. I use them on a fender dimension bass hh and they sound fantastic. Not overly bright but cut through the mix nice. Soft on my fingers and they can be bent like crazy. Absolutely love these strings.

Similar to the standard Boomers we all know and love but with a round core that gives them a bit more flexibility and less tension. While not exactly the same as Boomers, they do have that big tone and mid boost. However IMO these have a bit more in the upper mids and they seem to last much longer. By that i mean they seem to retain that new string brightness far longer than a standard Boomer. All around a great string, pair well with a Jazz.
