We bought this as it was recommended to us by our child's physiotherapist. It's rigid enough for a child to learn how to balance, and yet also soft enough that if they fall they won't get hurt. Folds up well. It's sturdy and has a surprising amount of weight to it, which is good because it will keep it from rolling over or sliding.

The balance beam is supportive and easy to clean. When used on rug it rocks from side to side a bit, but nothing major.

Works as needed for my 4 year old to practice her gymnastics at home. It's not very padded, but the material of the fabric is good. When laid out (unfolded) the 2 sides dont like up perfectly. One side is slightly higher and off center but it doesn't really affect the ability for it to be used as intended.

Bought for my 9 year old for Christmas- she LOVED it!! Even her older siblings and maybe dad and I have even tried various tasks on the beam- love that it fold up so it can easily be stored behind our chair...

My girls LOVE this beam and I love that we can easily fold it up and store it in the living room where it doesn't take up a bunch of room. It is also not too heavy where they can't pull it out themselves and use it. When its not under the gymnastics mat we have we do but a thing book underneath the metal hinge so it doesn't scratch the floor, but other than that its perfect. The velvet on the beam is a nice touch and they love that it's their favorite color.

Color is just like the picture. My 3yr old loves the beam so this is perfect for her to practice at home. Sturdy. Good quality. Easy to fold and put away.

Great quality. I was hoping it would be a little higher off the ground, but it’s still a great beginner product. My niece LOVES air and has even taken it to school for show and tell.
