Your cart is empty.The SC-GCRA is a fixed right angle clamp in a chrome finish with hinged sides to allow for easy add and removal from a bar. This clamp is designed to connect to rack bars together at a 90-degree angle, and helps to create a rock solid frame. It will work with any Gibraltar rack bar, as well as any other bar that has a 1.5” diameter. Each side of the clamp is equipped with memory lock notch cut-outs that are designed to pair with a memory lock. This will not only memorize the positioning of the clamp on the bar, it will give additional support to the clamp locking the bar in place. The clamp locks to the bar with large T handles, that are comfortable to grip and easy to tighten. The chrome finish of the clamp matches the chrome finish of the bars and adds a sleek visual element to your set up.

Perhaps not as sturdy as the black 'variants' of these clamps, but still incredibly beefy. I'd take the slightly less hefty clamps in full chrome over black any day.. the look is fantastic and the drum rack sort of has better visual flow to it, definitely looks more professional and impressive.

It's hard to get excited over a clamp, but if you were going to get excited over a clamp, this would be that clamp, works great (like all Gibraltar clamps and hardware), looks great while doing it (unlike most of the other Gibraltar clamps which are super tough, but mighty blocky).

Awesome and very sturdy clamp. I already had a Gibraltar rack, and just wanted to add an extender bar to it and this worked perfectly. Great peice, and fast shipping.

I have been drumming 42 years now, and performing for 38. I've had a rack since they came out in late 70s. I have over $1000 in clamps alone, from Gibraltar to Tama to Roland. Gibraltar clamps have always been the heaviest, and they had the sharpest edges and corners, as well. Well, these new clamps are the best they've made to date. Not only are they lighter, they have rounded edges and corders, which means they are more "gentle" when they rub up against other pieces of equipment during transport than their predecessors. The chrome is not applied with the highest of quality standards, but it's definitely a nice clamp, and it's not so bad that it changed my decision to convert all my other clamps to the new Gibraltar chrome Stealth series clamps. I was surprised to find that the chrome on the new clamps makes them grip rack tubes better than other clamps. I don't have chrome rack bars though, because chrome bars scratch too easily and are weak (I have brushed stainless Tama bars), so I'm not sure if they are better on chrome bars than the other Gibraltar clamps. But, the weight savings and rounded edges alone are definitely worth the money.
