Have used generic filters for my KitchenAid refrigerator since we bought it. Good value buying in bulk. Remember that you have to flush the filter when it's first installed (I think it's like 5 gallons) to get all the air and sediment (?) out -- that water has a grayish color to it, but after that it's great! This is not unique to this brand, have had to do that with every filter that I've used. Would definitely buy again.

Reasonable price for 3 filters compared to other companies. Great fit for my fridge, water is clear and no funny taste to the water at all. Received filters in a very well packed box, no damage. Will purchase again.
