They are easy to install and seem to be a good value for the money but it seems, and I might be wrong that the water has a taste which did not have with the original Sub-Zero filter. I could be wrong but in the future I will buy the original regardless of the higher price.

These filters were much lower cost than SubZero filters and were just as easy to install. No leaking or anything. We use a TDS meter and this filter showed 160. That is pretty much the same as our SubZero filter which is about 150-160. Can't taste any difference and tastes clean.One nice thing about lower cost filters is that it makes me better about swapping out every 6 months or so. With expensive filters, I tended to stretch them too long.

Got this to replace my Sub-Zero ice maker water filter. Fitment is perfect and there are no leaks. First batch of ice is gray as expected with all carbon filters... Even OEM . Ice taste pretty good still. So far so good. It comes with nice date stickers so you know when you installed it and when you should replace it. I replaced mine every 6 months. These are good value third party filters so far.
